We are seeking a skilled and proactive Medical Assistant to support our client's healthcare operations. This role involves a blend of patient interaction, administrative duties, and technology use to ensure a high standard of care and service. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, partnered doctors, and internal staff, with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote healthcare services and engage patients.
• Perform timely and accurate data entry of patient, billing, and insurance information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Process insurance billing, maintaining compliance with current practices.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients referred by our partnered healthcare providers.
• Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling and document organization.
• Work within the Practice Better platform for managing patient interactions and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or administrative setting.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Experience with Practice Better for patient records and communications is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to familiarize oneself with the tools and software.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Work From Home Equipment: i5 to i7 processor with at least 8GB RAM and Windows 11 Pro or Home

• Willingness to learn internal systems and follow standardized processes.
